Approximately 3,400 tickets need to be sold by 1:15 pm PT Thursday, Nov. 24 to lift the local television blackout of Sunday’s game between the Chargers and the Denver Broncos at Qualcomm Stadium.
The game kicks off at 1:15 pm. A variety of several hundred Club Seats – some of the best seats in the stadium – also are available. Tickets may be purchased by logging onto www.CHARGERS.com, calling 1-800-745-3000 or visiting the Chargers Ticket Office located at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium. The Chargers’ ticket office is open weekdays 8-5 pm and Saturday 10-4 pm. The ticket office will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. If the blackout is lifted, the game will be seen in San Diego on KFMB-TV, Channel 8 and in Los Angeles and Orange County on KCBS-TV, Channel 2. Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts will call the game from the booth. Fans attending Sunday’s game will witness the official halftime induction ceremony of former linebacker Junior Seau into the Chargers Hall of Fame as well as the annual introduction of alumni attending the team’s Alumni Weekend. The game also marks the first time this season that the team will wear the vibrant Charger “Power” (Powder) blue alternate uniforms. The “Power” blues also will be worn on Dec. 18 when the Chargers host the Baltimore Ravens.
